The 3 month starter pack is both great value for money and a great way to get started with 360 Locate. After the 3 months has expired you can continue using the 360 Locate service for £4.99 per month and add as many additional handsets/numbers to your account, for only £4.99 each per month.

How does it work?

A mobile application (app) runs on the selected phone and sends its location to our secure servers every 10 minutes. You simply login in using your own username and password to view current and historic locations in map or satellite view.

What type of phone do I need?

Requires mobile phone with built in GPS running Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition or later, Android 2.1 or later, Blackberry OS v4.5 or later. For a full list of supported phones please see our web site.
Remember, you are checking the phone that you want to monitor not your own phone!

Can I use any mobile SIM/Network?

Yes you can, after the initial 3 months we’ll charge your 360 account £4.99 per month per number which will be taken by monthly direct debit in advance.

Is it safe?

We make sure that anyone using a phone with 360 Locate is aware that the service is running on their phone.  Our unique Locate Aware system displays a randomly timed notification to advise the user that their phone’s location is being monitored.
It is illegal to track anyone’s mobile phone without their consent regardless of their age or who actually pays the bill and Locate Aware ensures that your family can’t be monitored without their knowledge.
